Last day...Adornit!

When I saw all of the fun flowers in all of the patterned paper of the "Vintage
Groovy Collection", I knew some fun layering was in order! So, first of all, I cut a bunch of different flowers out from the patterned paper an misted them with a little Shimmer Spritz by Tsukineko.

I waited a few minutes for them to dry and then embellished my page. I layered
and popped up the flowers using pop dots. I loved the clear stickers, so I put them on
some cardstock an popped them up as well. Everything came together beautifully! With papers this
gorgeous, it was so easy!

Day 3...Adornit!

I love unique cards, so I went searching for a fun card on my Silhouette and
found this fun banner die cut. I cut it out and used the cute "Pink Hoot
Collection". I knew this collection was perfect for a card. I used some of the
cardstock stickers, and owls from the patterned paper to make this card come to
life. I popped them up with pop dots for dimension. I added some of Adornit's
cute ribbon to some metal rings that are holding the card together.

Second Day...Adornit!

Our Love
Excuse me for a moment while I mop the drool off the floor! Have you seen the
Misty Collection? As soon as I saw it, my jaw dropped....beautiful! I love
it! I also new exactly what I wanted to do with some of these yummy papers. I
made these fun flowers and I want to show you how to make them! They are super
easy! Here is my layout.

Here is how you do it!
Cut out 8 circles, about 1 1/4 inches. then fold them in half and in half again,
so that the circles are in four quarters.

Fold two edges so you get this point

Do the same with all 8 circles.

Turn the circle over and fold again so that the two edges meet in the middle.

Do this with all of the circles. Then cut out a larger circle and apply with
double double sided tape.

Start attaching the the petals to the circle like this.

It may take some arranging, but should end up looking like this.

Add some bling to the center and you have got yourself one amazing flower!
Beautiful!

Day One....Adornit!

Look Whoooo's Cute

This Fern Collection is so up my alley. I couldn't wait to scrap this cute
picture of my son. It was perfect! I used my Silhouette to create these fun
clouds. I popped up the owl, tree, clouds title and journaling block to give
the layout some dimension. I curled the patterned paper at the bottom to act as
grass. I added the hand cut circles from the Fern collection to embellish it a
little more. I am so happy with the results!
