Sweet Strawberry Summer Gift Set with Imaginisce

Summer, summer, summer...I love it and all that comes along with it.  I am so excited to see all of the fresh fruits and vegetables that have been growing in my yard.  My berries are growing so well and I am excited to start eating them.  Every time I am outside, I love to snag a few off my bushes.  So, when I saw these adorable Strawberry designs in the Silhouette Store, I knew they were perfect to use with the Heartland Farm Collection and they remind my of my summer berries.

This first one is a strawberry purse.  I used the Heartland Farm patterned papers, the I-Rock and Hot Rock Gems to resemble the seeds of the strawberry and some cardstock from American Crafts.

Look at this adorable jar...I really love this one and again more Heartland Farm patterned papers and Hot Rocks!  The little strawberry is from the Heartland Farm Die Cut Cardstock Shapes.

Lastly this fun strawberry card...continuing with the same supplies that are on the purse and jar.  What a cute set right?  This would be a good gift set to give to someone as a "get well", "just because" or "I am thinking about you", kind of gift.  I have a feeling this set will be gone real soon.

I hope you have enjoyed my project today and I also hope that you pull out you Imaginisce Tools frequently and use them.  They add so much to all kinds of crafting projects.  Make sure you are stopping by the Imaginisce Blog to see all of the fun projects the design team has been creating!  Thanks fro stopping in and until next time!

Imaginisce Heartland Farm Cards

Hello and happy Wednesday!  I've said it before, but don't you just love the Heartland Farm Collection from Imaginisce?  The fun, bright and cheery colors and patterns are perfect for just about any paper  crafting project.  So, today I am sharing with you a couple of cards I made.

In combination with this collection, I used Imaginisce's Petal Roller, a must have if you love making handmade paper flowers.  This tool makes it so much easier and faster to create these cuties.  Let's have a closer look.

I layered these rolled flowers to give them a different look than just simple roller flower.  I'm also loving the new Wood Pieces and Denim Pockets that come with this collection.

This card is a little different.  I used just the roller flowers and then add some of the Adhesive Enamel Dots

Super cute right?  If you haven't scooped up the Heartland Farm Collection or the Petal Roller...there is still time.  Have fun and get crafty with this collection. Make sure you are stopping by the Imaginisce Blog to see all the crafty goodness the design team has been doing!  Until next time!

XOXO...JustNick Project with My Cute Puppy!

I can't tell you how excited I am to be here and creating for the JustNick Design Team. I love crafting with my my Silhouette Cameo.  The JustNick cut files are absolutely fabulous and I am thrilled to be sharing with you what I create using these files.
I made this fun layout using the XOXO Background and the Stems for Stephanie cut files.  The cute puppy...well that is my little Maltese Rango.  Ever since we got him, he has become such a big part of our family.  He is so deserving of a cute layout don't you think?
The Stems for Stephanie file is perfect for layering.  All of the flowers fit really well together and I love working with flowers on my projects.
Background files add so much to a layout.  If I feel that my layout is lacking something...I find a background file and add it in.  The JustNick Store has so many fun background files and all of them so fun and unique.  I'm going to be a busy girl playing with all of these.
I hope you have enjoyed my project today.  I look forward to sharing many more projects with you and these awesome cut files.  Make sure you are stopping by the JustNick Store frequently because new files are added weekly!  Until next time and happy cutting!

Life Is Good with Imaginisce!

I love this picture!  It makes me excited for the fun camping trips our family has coming up this summer.  I also love the fun, happy colors of the Heartland Farm Collection...perfect for my camping and summer layouts!

When you are thinking about adding some subtle additions to your project, have you thought about using the D-Stress Tool from Imaginisce?  Well, that's just what I did.  Today I would like to share with you my layout using the D-Stress Tool!

I cut out this title using my Silhouette Cameo.  Using the D-Stress, I sanded all around the edges of the title.  To make it stand out even more, I used American Crafts Slick Writer Pen. The whole outside of my layout is sanded as well.

I'm loving the little stamps that come with the Heartland Farm Collection. I used heat embossing to make this tree stamp.  I also used the D-Stress on the Die Cuts from this collection and the clouds that I cut out from my Silhouette Cameo.

Have you tried using the D-Stress Tool?  Let me tell you, I was thrilled when I received this tool from Imaginisce.  I used to use sandpaper to get the look that I wanted.  This tool gets in ever corner and hard to sand areas.  I love it! Make sure you stop by the Imaginisce Blog to see what the design team is up to! Thanks for stopping in and I hope you get the chance to play with this tool!

An Easy Way to Create Dimension Using Carta Bella's Element Stickers!

Do you like the look of epoxy stickers?  I have and I love the dimension they add to my projects and if you know me, you know I love adding dimension.  Today I have an easy layout tutorial on creating dimension using Carta Bella’s Element Stickers and some of their Silhouette Designs (all supplies on this project are listed at the bottom of this post with links).

First off, I cut out some die cut designs from Carta Bella in the online Silhouette Store.  I arranged then on my page, layered them and used foam adhesive for dimension.

Next, I decided on the Element Stickers I wanted to use and adhered them down.  Then using Glossy Accents from Ranger, I added a small layer all over the sticker, making sure to cover all areas and let it dry completely.

This is what my stickers looked like when I was finished.

I do this every so often because it is an easy way to at some dimension and change the look of my projects.  Thanks for stopping in and I hope you have fun creating with Carta Bella’s Element Stickers.  Make sure you are stopping by the Carta Bella Paper Blog to see what's new and what the design team has been creating!

Carta Bella Embossing Folder Cards!

Good morning!  Today I'm excited to share with you some cards that I made using some of Carta Bella’s new embossing folders.  I love thinking of and finding new ways to use products.  Here is a quick idea for you!

First pick the size of your card.  Run the front part of your card through your manual die cutting machine making sure you follow the directions for embossing.  I used Carta Bella’s Ogee Embossing Folder and Designer Cardstock.

Once you have your embossed image, decide which parts of the embossed image you would like to cut out and cut them out using a craft knife.

Now that you have cut out all of the areas you’d like, adhere patterned paper to the other side of the card.  This technique gives the card a pop of color.

I personally think the fun part is dressing up and embellishing.  So, using your favorite Carta Collection…makes your card beautiful!  I used the new Travel Stories Collection.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by!  Now, it’s your turn to dip into those embossing folders!  Also, make sure you are checking the Carta Bella Paper Blog for all kinds of inspiring ideas by the design team!

A Little Puppy Love...Heartland Farm Collection!

Happy Wednesday!  We've made it halfway through the week!  Today I have a fun layout featuring my hubby, our adorable dog and of course the ever so popular Heartland Farm Collection!  I know I've said it before, but aren't the colors and patterns in this collection fantastic?  I am loving the versatility this collection offers.  I get so excited to get it out and use it.

So, have you had a chance to check out the fun new Wood Pieces in this collection? I decided to use one of them as a center for a flower as well as the I-Top and Brad Daddies to create the other flower centers.  The I-Top is perfect for this and is always my go to tool when creating centers for my flowers.

Using my Silhouette Cameo, I created this fun title and added the tiny alphas onto part of the title.  For the title I used American Crafts Cardstock...it works perfectly with my Silhouette Cameo.

Finally, besides this awesome collection...the stars of my layout; my hubby Sam and our adorable dog Rango.  So sweet right?  You will notice in my layout the large heart and filigree rose. Those were also made with my Silhouette Cameo, the Heartland Farm Collection and American Crafts Cardstock...all a wonderful combination!

Thanks for stopping in and I hope you have had a chance to get this fun collection into your crafty hands because it is must have for your scrappy stash!  Make sure you stop by the Imaginisce Blog to see what the design team has been creating with this fun collection! Have a wonderful Wednesday and see you all next time!
